Weather-permitting takedowns begin in January, followed by organized off-season storage.

Xpress retains ownership of the seasonal lighting equipment. Your rate includes design, installation, in-season service, removal, storage, and replacement or repair of bulbs and clips. The following season is billed at the current seasonal rate.
