Our full-service seasonal package uses Xpress-owned, commercial-grade lighting custom fitted to your property. We handle the display from installation through off-season storage.
Design & installation
We plan the display around your roofline, entryway, and selected landscape features, then professionally install your agreed design.
In-season care
Service includes re-hanging dislodged lights and repair or replacement of Xpress-owned lighting equipment as needed during the season.
Takedown & storage
After the holidays, we remove the lighting and store our equipment until the next season. You enjoy the display without managing boxes of lights.

Installations begin in October. Takedowns are scheduled in January, weather permitting.

Know what to expect.
How much does Christmas lighting cost?
Full-service seasonal Christmas lighting starts at $7.50 per linear foot. Your written quote confirms the measured display length, roofline height, access, design, and selected landscape features. Trees, shrubs, ridge lines, and other accents are priced for the agreed design. Send us photos for a personalized estimate.
Do you offer military or senior discounts?
We offer 10% off all services for eligible military customers (active duty, reserve, retired, and veterans) and seniors age 65 and older. One discount applies per quote; discounts cannot be combined. Please mention eligibility when requesting your estimate.
Do I buy the lights?
Our full-service seasonal package uses Xpress-owned lighting. Installation, in-season service, removal, and off-season storage are included in the agreed seasonal scope.
Can you install lights I already own?
Ask about a separate installation and takedown quote for your existing lights. Customer-owned equipment is assessed before acceptance; service and electrical coverage differ from our full-service package and are specified in writing.
What if a light goes out or comes loose?
Contact us so we can arrange seasonal service for your Xpress-owned display. We do not perform service during ice, extreme frost, or other unsafe conditions; visits depend on safe weather and access.
When are the lights removed?
Takedowns are scheduled in January, weather permitting. Xpress-owned lights are then stored off-site for the next season.
Do you offer permanent lighting too?
