How much does permanent lighting cost?
Preliminary planning ranges are $25–$28 per linear foot for straightforward single-story rooflines, $29–$32 per linear foot for standard residential projects, and $33–$38+ per linear foot for complex peaks or multi-story work. These are preliminary ranges, not a fixed quote. Measured roofline length, height, access, mounting, selected equipment, and installation scope determine your written estimate.
Do you offer military or senior discounts?
Eligible military customers (active duty, reserve, retired, and veterans) and seniors age 65 or older receive 10% off all services. One discount per quote; discounts cannot be combined. Mention eligibility when requesting your estimate.
Will the lights be visible during the day?
Mounting location and finish affect how noticeable the system is. We discuss the options for your eaves and exterior so you can choose a look that suits the home.
Can I change colors or schedule the lights?
Ask us to include the controls and functions you want in your design. We confirm the selected system’s color options, scheduling, and device compatibility in the proposal.
Is this the same as your seasonal Christmas lighting service?
Permanent lighting is installed to remain on the property year-round. Seasonal Christmas lighting is a separate service with installation and removal after the holidays. We can help you compare both approaches.
What warranty and service are included?
Your written proposal identifies the applicable installation workmanship coverage, manufacturer equipment warranty, and service terms. We review these with you before you commit.
